Stueys Smokehouse BBQ is looking for a reliable, motivated Counter/Prep Person to join our team! We’re a unique BBQ restaurant specializing in properly smoked Kansas City–style BBQ, with all meats prepared overnight in our wood smoker. If you’re hardworking, team-oriented, and passionate about great food, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare food items according to Stuey’s standards

- Cut, portion, and serve hot food safely and efficiently

- Assist at the counter with customer orders and service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and service areas

- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

- Experience with food preparation and handling hot food

- Strong communication and verbal skills

- Ability to stand for long hours in a fast-paced environment

- Open availability, including weekends

- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
