Description:Candidate will be responsible for direct management of Disaster Recovery, IT Risk Management, and IT Audit. This role will manage these efforts from initiation through implementation, manage scope, risk & issues, all while following standards and best practices. The role will require engagement with IT Project Management to ensure the projects are in support of the strategic objectives of the organization.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Own the Disaster Recovery (DR) roadmap, process, procedures, and documentation related to all IT systems and platforms including quarterly DR tabletops
  • Establish, develop, and maintain policies, plans, and procedures for executing IT Governance integrity across a diverse portfolio of applications and technologies
  • Collaborates with Technical Managers build project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept creation through implementation
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage time, and complete tasks; ability to get things done independently and collaboratively; ability to stay levelheaded and composed during busy periods
  • Collaborate with IT Security on due diligence processes related to IT and establish risk parameters
  • Manage the maturity and own the IT Risk Register
  • Perform risk assessments for all active IT 3rd party vendors to maintain a culture of compliance; periodically request and maintain due diligence documentation
  • Coordinate IT audits to meet regulatory and compliance needs and follow through remediations
  • Understanding of IT and security risks, processes, and controls and ability to converse at a technical level

Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Five (5) years of relevant IT experience in one of these areas: Infrastructure, Networking, Services, IT Security
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in disaster recovery (DR) with working knowledge of DR best practices, procedures, and tabletops
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in vendor/client related due diligence and risk management
  • Five (5) years of IT Project Management experience supporting or leading projects or key business initiatives in a technical environment
  • Agile methodology training and experience, especially hybrid Agile and experience with organizations that made a transition from water fall development to some level of agile use
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and leadership/influence skills required
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Certifications CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CIA, CTPRP, CTPRA, C3PRMP, PCIP, ISA, CIPP, or related; a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of current workplace productivity and collaboration tools, especially Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Teams)
