Have a general knowledge of dining services and standards.

Greet Guests and customers with breakfast setup, options and seating as needed.

Be incredibly friendly, customer focused, a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers.

Always provides a professional image through appearance and dress.

Effectively engage and build rapport with guests to identify needs and ensure guest satisfaction.

Proactively communicate special needs or requests and take ownership to resolve guest challenges, working

collaboratively with the restaurant team.

Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to menus.

Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned.

Answer any guest questions about the menu or specials.

Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable).

Keep breakfast area for service by cleaning guest and service spaces and stocking essential supplies for ease of use.

Maintain cleanliness of breakfast spaces throughout and after shift, completing side work and stocking as needed or assigned.

Take on additional tasks as necessary or assigned by restaurant leadership.

Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds frequently

Reach, bend, stoop, and pivot frequently throughout the workday.
