Location: Edith Endave, NM Salary: Competitive Range Description: Our client is currently seeking a CUSTOMER ADVOCATE II

This position is responsible for researching and responding promptly, accurately, and objectively to telephone and written inquiries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
  • Data entry and typing experience.
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Medical records remote retrieval experience
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail oriented
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
Referral preference is given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria
