Designer/Remodeling Project manager

Hi,

I’m looking to hire someone for my construction company as a part time/free lance designer on calls to manager a home remodeling project. This job gives you a fixed pay + incentives during job. Responsibilities are, but not limited to -

Designer:

- Creative Vision: Design concepts that reflect client's needs and style.

- Space Planning: Optimize layout for functionality and aesthetics.

- Material Selection: Choose finishes, furniture, and decor.

- Client Meetings: Present ideas, get feedback, and adjust plans.

- Project Management: Oversee installation and decoration phases.

Manager:

- Team Coordination: Lead and manage design team members.

- Client Relations: Serve as primary contact for clients, manage expectations.

- Budget Management: Ensure projects stay within financial limits.

- Timeline Enforcement: Keep projects on schedule.

- Resource Allocation: Assign tasks, manage external contractors, and procure materials.
