Seal Coating-Crew Leader & Laborers

Seal Coating Co. is looking to hire a Crew Leader and 2-3 sealing laborers for our very busy sealcoating season.

-We are Located in Southern NH

-Part Time & Full Time available

-Seal Coating experience is preferred.

-Having foreman/crew leader/supervising positions in similar lines of work are helpful-people with this type of experience are encouraged to apply. We will provide training for our line of work.

-Work day starts at 730 am. -Ends around 4pm or whenever the jobs get done for that day.

-Must have your own vehicle to get to work and valid license.

-We expect reliable, dependable and hard working people to apply and join our team.

-No experience is necessary but we would train the right person to be a Crew Leader

Crew Leaders are responsible for:

driving a non commercial sealer truck.

supervising and overseeing the work crew which consists of 1-3 employees.

completing the daily job list for customers.

enforcing a safe and positive work environment.

making sure all jobs are completed up to company standards.

having the understanding and knowledge to answer questions from customers.

keeping track of inventory.
