Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, particularly in energy or solar sales. As a Closer, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into satisfied customers by effectively negotiating and closing sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Duties

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to build long-term relationships.

Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

Collaborate with technical sales teams to address customer inquiries and provide necessary product information.

Requirements

Proven experience in solar sales

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply but not required

A passion for renewable energy and commitment to promoting sustainable solutions.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
