As a member of the Exhibits Enablement Team, you will work cross-functionally to plan, manage and communicate the full scope of build requirements at the project and business unit level as related to estimating requests and work alignment.This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manages the planning, alignment and assignments of all inbound requests in Workfront to the estimating team.

Collaborates with cross functional teams at the project level to establish a comprehensive Scope of Work.

Develops and maintains the process for I&D review only projects

Partners with the branch teams to understand available capacity and to provide directions/support on fabricated elements.

Ensures estimating folders are maintained with relevant and accurate documents.

Facilitates communications with outsource partners by providing project scope, goals and deliverables.

Establishes a strong partnership with Design and Detailing to ensure SOPs and Best Practices are being followed.

Participates in estimating tool development and updates. Identifies areas of improvement based on feedback from the teams.

Research and onboard new 3rd party vendors into Freeman with procurement

Monitors and reports on estimating pipeline, capacity and post-show variance.

Communicates effectively with other Project Managers, CSMs, Branch leadership and vendor partners.

Provides best in class service and quality to our customers

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent Exhibit and/or Event Industry manufacturing experience

10+ years of experience in Exhibits and/or Events Industry
