Looking For MBAs or Sales for a new business startup

I'm starting a consult/design, engineering and programming business where we cater to other businesses in the Home Automation/Smart home business. Right now it's a small startup, just me and plan on training more on the programming side, but I have high prospect of making it a million or more dollar business.

If you have another job at the moment it would be recommended to keep that job as well, and do this on the side, and make money doing it as well. But as we grow and expand, we can take this on full time and make this happen!
