Customer Success Associates are responsible for daily interactions with PFL’s MarTech client base. Delivers customer success through outstanding execution, communication, and teamwork. Executes Marketing campaigns for Martech Customers.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who excels at developing relationships and has experience in customer success or account management. You must be a professional with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and growing revenue. Analytical skills and experience with digital marketing campaign execution are ideal.

It is important that you thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment because you are flexible, adaptable, articulate, and think quickly on your feet.
