Immediate Opening for Medical Office Receptionist (EXPERIENCED ONLY PLEASE)

As a small private practice we are a fun group of professionals looking for someone to lead our front office. Your attention to detail and professionalism is what will help you thrive in this position. We offer a great work environment and an amazing team to work with! We are looking for an experienced receptionist who can provide clerical support to our staff and maintain a patient flow that functions at a level not requiring constant supervision. As an ambassador for our practice, your ability to interact with patients showing care and compassion will make a positive impression that supports our best practice approach. If you have strong organizational skills with a high level of detail and professionalism then we are waiting to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Greeting patients, checking them into and out of the center

Answering calls w/ a high level of professionalism, phone etiquette

Scheduling appointments

Accounts Receivables - NO INSURANCE WORK REQUIRED! :)

Maintaining patient files and preparing them for the daily schedule

Word doc and Excel for creating letters and reports

Marketing (if you have some experience but not necessary)

Qualifications:

At least 5 years previous experience

Professional appearance and communication skills

Detail oriented, ability to work with a high level of accuracy a MUST

Exceptional organizational skills

Excel experience

Excellent work ethic and customer service skills

Requires excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Self-starter with the ability to create new processes as needed to maintain a high level of efficiency

Team player

Hours per week: 28-35

Monday - Friday

Hours: 8-3
