As an organization, we keep growing – and so will you.Auto req ID:426096BRDepartment Overview:The candidate will demonstrate a balance of risk and business acumen to P&T by ensuring processes are adequately developed to support routine program assessments and significant incident management protocols impacting P&T. A key component of the role is to foster and effectively manage relationships with Risk & Control Partners and TD's centre of expertise corporate function contacts (Operational Risk, Enterprise Business Continuity & Crisis Management risk group, HR, CAPA etc.) to ensure alignment to the broader organization from a policy and compliance perspective while also leveraging their knowledge and expertise to ensure partner interactions are efficient, effective, and timely. This is a hybrid role and two days a week are required in the office.
Manage, oversee, and support the successful implementation of governance and control accountabilities in support of the Enterprise Risk Framework, Operational Risk Management Framework, and specifically all applicable requirements within the Enterprise Business Continuity and Crisis Management policy and standards.
Build a collaborative culture of risk awareness and ownership, while managing and applying a consistent approach to business continuity and resiliency risk management, including strong awareness of the 1B Standards and other business continuity related issues or standards e.g. Operational Resilience Standard.
Manage the quality and timely delivery of P&T applicable risk and control program activities such as business continuity planning and preparedness, business impact analysis, exercises and overall exercise strategy, and testing.
Support the P&T Incident Management Protocol and operationalize standard requirements documentation
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the P&T mandate and with an emphasis on the interplay between various capabilities as well as their enterprise-wide impact. Work with partners across P&T and TD as required.
Collaborate with specialized areas risk and control assessments and prepare high quality 1B risk assessment or profile reporting for senior executives and Risk Committees as required

Information security certification / accreditation an asset
7+ years of relevant experience
Expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices
