Firstline Supervisor

Have a clear understanding of and the ability to perform every job at Capital Beauty, LLC.; Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods; Establish and implement policies, sales goals, and procedures for Capital Beauty, LLC for other team members to adhere to the policies; Assist the upper management in finding, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding future team members; Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints; Assign employees to specific duties, such as inventory stock and reorder of beauty supplies; Keep records of purchases, sales, and invoices, etc.
