Looking for a good automotive mechanic for 2006 chrysler 300 3.5 liter

I'm looking for a good & qualified automotive mechanic who is very familiar with 2006 Chrysler 300 3.5 liter engine I need someone to run a full scan on my car so I can figure wth is going on with itRough idle( I replaced the MAP sensor ( still rough idle.its had a recent tune up less than 2000 miles . Il pay cash ,I'm in Rochester,, i can't even get the car to any place to have it scanned. When I put it in gear with the brakes applied the car now has a slight bouncing action.
