IT Engineer

This candidate will be starting remotely but they will be expected to be in the office once Return to Office "RTO is in-place. Not certain when that will be, but the expectation is 2021.

• Provide courteous and timely response to calls and requests for support
• Utilize ServiceNow to log, update and manage incidents and service requests

• Provide support for common business applications such as Microsoft Office Products (O365), Citrix, Web browsers, Antivirus, and Oracle
• Image, configure,and deploy PC and Mac computers
• Perform Account Management functions utilizing Active Directory Manager
• Install software and applications
• Adhere to established processes and procedures

• Strong communications skills and customer experience essential
• Ability to multi-task between processing tickets, various project work, and working with equipment
• Assist with equipment moves withinoffice location(s)

• 5+ years of technology experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Windows Workstation OS 7 and 10
• Active Directory Users & Computers
• Maintaining and upgrading computers utilizing SCCM,InTune
• Providing user support on the phone and in person
• Installing software and applications

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and incidents
• Familiar with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management ticketing systems
• Mac experience
• Knowledge of virtual machines (VMs) -VMWare experience required; does not have to be an expert here but must have base knowledge of ESXi
• Microsoft systems administration

• Desktop support
• Scripting/Automation (e.g.,Powershell, Ansible)
• Network monitoring tools (e.g.,SolarWinds, Nagios)
• Network and systems monitoring dashboards (e.g.,Grafana)
• Hardware and software troubleshooting

• Imaging
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

• Familiarity withcomputer-basedmedia systems

• Avid editors,back-end servers, and Nexis Storage ACSR certificationis a plus
