Do you hate plastic as much as we do? HiBAR is a Saint Paul company with a mission to rid the planet of single-use plastic by making 100% plastic-free beauty and personal care products. We're a scrappy, fast-paced and innovative team looking for fellow despisers of single-use plastic to help us produce our small-batch and environmentally-friendly beauty products. Production associates will learn the trade of mixing and batching sustainable skin and hair care products using manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic systems. Duties and Responsibilities: There’s probably stuff we’re forgetting, but here’s what we think this job entails:

● Work as a part of a rotating team to produce our fantastic products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.

● Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate safety equipment according to each area and/or machine’s requirements; report injuries or illnesses immediately to supervisor, manager, or co-founder. Safety is paramount!

● Maintaining records for lot tracing.

● Meet daily production goals.

● Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.

● Get along swimmingly with your co-workers.

● Identify and make recommendations for improvements. We’re always working on finding ways to do what we do!

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
