Apartment Maintenance (Polk County)

Full time maintenance person needed for apartment buildings in and adjacent to Polk County, WI. Must have own tools, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Experience in plumbing, general maintenance, painting, grounds, janitorial, snow removal and carpentry desired. Responsible for apartment maintenance, common area maintenance and grounds. Must be self disciplined and very detailed oriented. Pay will depend upon experience. Please send contact information with resume.
