Accountant - Bookkeeper - Office Manager

Greenscape Companies Inc is looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper/accountant. We are a full service Landscape & Irrigation Construction Company that installs high end landscaping for residential and commercial projects and have been in business for 32 years. We are looking for a bright, energetic, honest, hard working individual who is a team player and able to help out with a wide variety of office duties. The main duties would be Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, HR and all bookkeeping/accounting related items. It would be helpful to add someone to our team who has been in a commercial construction management office setting who is familiar with all that goes along with office work related to commercial/public construction projects including prevailing wage payroll/reporting/submittals/bidding/bid bonds/insurance etc. Applicant must have extensive experience working in Quick Books. This job will have a lot of variety and would be continually evolving. This is a great opportunity for the right motivated individual.
