Property Maintenance Technician

Commercial and Residential Property owner seeking part-time maintenance worker for a property in Belleville MI. Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in property management/maintenance. Building is on Septic, knowledge of septic systems is required. Candidate should be able to independently troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, general repairs, apartment turnovers, painting, and light construction. Salary based on experience. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
