Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Great Plains Administrator can be locatedLocation:

Boston, Santa Barbara, Seattle.

THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE

We are seeking the right person to ensure that the processes flow through Great Plains run smoothly and effectively. You will also be working closely with our Business Partners to optimize the capabilities within the system. Ideal candidates will have a deep hands on GP experience and understanding of “Under the hood” functionality with the following GP Modules:

Core Financials

AP

AR

Purchasing

Inventory

Sales

Fixed Assets

Report Builder

Communicate Effectively:You’ll be working directly with Operations and Finance Teams, Developers, Partners, Managers, Analysts the list goes on. You will have your eye-on-the-prize and get the right people engaged swiftly. You will be able to communicate issues effectively, leading discussions to drive and deliver effective solutions.

RP and Applications Systems Operations and Maintenance:Our environment is global, and requires coordination and cooperation between many functional groups, including Security, Finance, Business Operations and others. Ensuring these systems are monitored and secure is part of the mission of our team. This position will require the candidate to assist in running Systems Maintenance and analyzing log out-put to ensure data integrity is maintained.

Basic Qualifications:

8-10 years of hands-on GP administration experience

Deep understanding of Core Financials and Sales order Processing

Experience with heavily integrated environments including SmartConnect

Experience working with XML data

Strong Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server family of applications / Active Directory.

2 years + of SSRS Reporting Experience
