Compost Waste Management Driver

Join Bootstrap Compost and help turn food scraps into soil! We’re looking for a reliable driver to collect compost from homes and businesses across Mass.

What You’ll Do:

Drive collection trucks on set routes

Safely load, lift, and transport compostable materials

Deliver to local farms

Provide friendly customer service

You Need:

Valid U.S. driver’s license + 5-year driving record, must be sent with resume to review

DOT Medical Card (or able to get one)

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Flexible schedule & early mornings OK

Pay: $20–$25/hr | FT Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, paid training
