Part time handyman

Established company looking for an individual to do site visits once per week on several local buildings. The person would visit the site(s) once per week as a preventative measure and would meet with vendors or other tradesmen.

Candidate will perform minor repairs as needed, including painting, minor carpentry, changing ceiling tiles, replacing light bulbs, and other repairs. This is a part time position and employee will be paid hourly for such work with the expectation of approximately 4-8 hours per week. There is no healthcare or other benefits, except working with good people and in a nice environment.
