Description Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion. Develop demand planning strategies on new and existing products as well as product phase-outs. Develop performance metrics and dashboards, drive best practices, and lead process and tool improvements that are aligned with the strategic priorities of the team. Monitor, analyze, and communicate the impacts of changes to the demand plan with Supply Chain team partners, including Logistics, Commodity Management, and Purchasing. Develop standard operating procedures for demand and supply planning processes and systems for new technology platforms. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field

3+ years of supply chain experience

Working knowledge of SIOP and ERP/MRP Systems (Oracle/Demantra) or equivalent

Proven leadership skills with strong business communication skills to work internally and externally at all levels of management and with peers

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level

Proven experience working with analytics tools (SQL, Tableau etc)

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience working in a progressive, high growth, high change environment

MBA and/or Advanced Degree

APICS or Six Sigma Certification

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders, responsibilities, and delivering multiple first-of-their-kind programs with aggressive schedules.
