Senior DevOps Engineer / Remote / Full-Time

Job Description We're currently working with a client that has a heavy focus in the autonomous vehicle, robotics, electric helicopter, and aerospace equipment industries. This company's founders originally came out of SpaceX where they were testing mission critical flight applications for the Falcon 9 rocket, and realized that this could be used in a lot more industries aside from rocket building. Their platform serves as an R&D loop to the manufacturing process and testing conditions to make sure manufacturing processes are efficient and as safe as possible. Their looking to bring on a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage their AWS production infrastructure as well as their Kubernetes based orchestration with EKS. Ideal candidates will also be strong in Python as well as Terraform and Github Actions. Additional pluses would be ArcoCD, Soc 2/ISO Compliance, and Auth0 for identity and access management. Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Thorough understanding of Kubernetes
• Proficiency with AWS services including (EKS, IAM, Networking, s3)
• Proficiency deploying infrastructure via code with Terraform
• Experience working with and building CI/CD pipelines (Github actions)
• Experience with version control via Git/GitHub
• Knowledge of modern authorization authorization frameworks (Auth0,
• keycloak)
• Experience with unit testing and integration test frameworks (pytest)
• DevOps/Backend Software Engineer 3
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical execution

• Experience with kustomize
• Has built production-grade software systems used by others
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
• Experience building enterprise applications
• Experience building manufacturing tools or working in a manufacturing
