Recreation & Support Staff, Out-of-School Youth Program

MBA Growth Partners is seeking Recreation & Support Staff to support our Out-of-School Program serving youth ages 12–16 in Washington County. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with adolescents and want to contribute to a safe, engaging, and supportive environment during after-school and evening hours.

Responsibilities:

- Lead recreational, enrichment, and group activities including sports, games, arts, and team-building

- Supervise youth during activities, transitions, and program hours

- Provide homework assistance and academic support as needed

- Promote positive behavior, teamwork, and leadership skills

- Ensure youth safety and follow all program policies

- Assist with meals, setup, cleanup, and general program logistics

Qualifications:

- High school diploma required; some college preferred

- Experience working with middle or high school-age youth

- Reliable, patient, and energetic

- Background in sports, arts, recreation, or youth development is a plus

- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain

- Ability to pass required background checks, including criminal and child abuse clearances
