I'm a landlord with 11 rented units all in Baltimore City. We're seeking a handyman to maintain and upgrade our units, an average of 15-20 hours per week. Most of the time our needs

You should have:

-A truck or van

-Tools

-Honesty

-Ability to work independently

-Problem solving ability

-10+ years experience as a contractor or handyman

You would be paid by the hour ($30) as a contractor. Flexible hours. Travel time between jobs is compensated, but fuel is not.
