Property Maintenance, Construction & Automotive Helper

Auto Body Shop owner with multiple rental properties and construction and classic car projects . Seeking someone to help out with Property Maintenance, Mowing , and helping out on Construction and Automotive projects. Good opportunity for someone to learn a variety of skills working with and around skilled tradesmen that could lead to future Rewarding Career paths. We are open to discussing fulltime , part time subcontractor arrangements etc. if the candidate has the ability an willingness to provide the help we are looking for. Prior experience with basic Automotive , Construction , or Property Maintenance Helpful. May also consider hiring someone just for mowing and related trimming on a per cut job rate once ever week to 10 days , In addition to the Helper position we are seeking someone for compensation flexible with prior experience
