Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart.The OpportunityNutanix is growing and looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our global go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for upcoming launches, as well as drive consistency in messaging across our product portfolio. This is an opportunity to influence the future of the company and drive how our brand is perceived in the industry.In this role, you will be responsible for overall launch strategy including positioning and messaging, tactics, content creation and publishing, and sales enablement. You will work cross-functionally with various constituents within and outside of marketing including product management, engineering, corporate communications, web and creative, events, and many others.About the TeamAt Nutanix, you will be joining the Product and Solutions Marketing team, a dynamic group currently consisting of over 40 members spread out across all geos. Maintain Product and Solutions Marketing launch and content calendar

Organize, coordinate, and drive launch activities with multiple marketing and product teamsOversee messaging continuity across portfolio, including how we talk about our products and solutions, and driving change as needed across all PSM and PM content

Blog and content manager

Review blogs and other content to ensure correct voice, messaging, and product or solution capabilities

Author higher level blogs as necessary to summarize and create larger messages that span multiple products and solutions

Maintain procedures, repository, and tracking for Product and Solutions Marketing content

Product and Solutions Marketing primary interface to event marketing, creative and content teams.

Be the single point of contact for other marketing and sales teams preparing for industry events, launches and significant marketing moments

Ensure correct messaging and capabilities are used, and drive consistency in content and creative approach (eg, use of product icons, datasheet templates, etc.)

What You Will Bring

4+ years of customer-facing experience in the datacenter infrastructure market

Strong domain expertise in cloud solutions and products around infrastructure, virtualization, PaaS, or a closely adjacent technology

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science (or equivalent experience) , MBA preferred

Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment

Ability to think and work strategically, but also execute as an individual contributor

Proven track record in supporting worldwide sales teams meet revenue goals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and polished presentation abilities

High degree of comfort with all forms of social media, and an understanding of how it can be leveraged in a B2B technology market.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD 124,480 and USD 247,800 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
