General Maintenance Technician - $500 Sign-on Bonus

Right now we are hiring General Maintenance Technicians to work at our Metairie and Kenner, Louisiana apartment communities.

What you will do:

As our General Maintenance Technician, you will perform maintenance repairs to electrical, plumbing and appliances in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner; and, you will help to prepare vacant apartments for new residents to move in.

Depending on the needs of the apartment community, you may assist with maintaining our winning curb appeal by helping to keep the buildings, grounds and pools neat, clean and tidy.

What you need to be successful:

Qualified General Maintenance Technicians will have tools, reliable transportation, and will also be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
