Full Time Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will respond to service calls for electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner; and, you will help to prepare vacant apartments for new residents to move in. Some Groundskeeper duties may also be necessary depending upon the needs of the apartment community.

Qualified Maintenance Technicians will have tools and reliable transportation, and will also be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
