Clean Up/Paint Rental Houses Between Tenants

Looking for a handyman to make repairs to single family rental houses in Louisville to get them ready for next tenant. Need experience in basic carpentry, installation of doors/windows, minor electrical, minor plumbing. Some roofing experience is a plus.
