Key Responsibilities:

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time;

Collects, identifies and packages hazardous and non-hazardous waste products within customer facilities;

Samples, labels and prepares waste drums for pick-up and delivery;

Loads wastes properly and segregates for compatibility on transport vehicle;

Assists with Household Hazardous Waste Programs in the area as business demands require.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

Available for the full duration of the internship program during the summer of 2021;

Current Sophomore or Junior enrolled in a 4-year degree program in any kind of science program;

Team collaboration and strong communication skills;

The confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
