Job Description:

• Working experience in ALM (Application lifecycle management), Jira, Test Data management tools, and manual testing
• Expertise in SQL, No-SQL, able to write and execute ad-hoc queries
• API Testing using Postman / Rest Assured
• Experience in defect triage, prioritization, troubleshooting with the help of logs (Splunk/Grafana/AppD)
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
• Experience in dealing with Customer and Main Product Owner
• Outstanding verbal and written communication & documentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors)
• Good to have: Knowledge of Telecom BSS (Billing & Invoicing, Subscriber LifeCycle for Prepaid & Postpaid both, Price Plan/Rate Plan, Rental agreements, Dunning, Provisioning, Auxiliary Services, Promotions and Mediation, etc.) is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and validate test scenarios to be executed which is aligned with business requirements for new features and BAU features
• Identify test data requirements, validate test data, design tools/scripts to automate test data validation
• Provide end to end support to QA, Business team for scenario executions
• Provide On-Call Production support
• Defect tracking per SLA in the respective environment (Prod vs non-prod), defect triage, and prioritization
• Help team in troubleshooting defects, provide logs, develop scripts, and/or able to use existing tools/application in the system for troubleshooting
• Identify potential areas for automation and develop automation scripts
• Identify and resolve product issues/queries with Engineering, Compliance, and regulatory agencies
• Generate reports, status, and review with executives including Directors, Sr. Directors, and business team.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
