Manufacturing Engineer II (Bachelors Degree wt 3yrs of Exp-Vehicle electrical Exp)-SD

Pay rate: $47/hr - $50/hr Shift Hours: 1st Shift, 2nd and 3rd Shift Description: This will be a variable shift so candidates must be open to working 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, with overtime likely. At least 3 years of experience with the following fields: Vehicle electrical systems Vehicle electrical diagnostics Electrical blueprint & schematic reading Understanding of electrical connectors and terminals Basic multimeter functioning Candidates must have a 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience. Manager is willing to consider candidates with a 2-year Electrical Engineering Technology or Automotive Technician degree with 5 years of experience in an electronics field. Will need metatarsals for first day, business casual dress code. No travel associated with this position. Person may drive a Deere owned Gator after successfully completing training. Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position. Interviews will take place onsite or through MS Teams and the position will start onsite on the first day. This position is eligible for incremental, progressive retention bonuses at every 90 days for the first year on assignment. Retention bonuses are forfeited for those who do not complete their assignments or end assignments early. Subject to review.
