Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Business Affairs and Talent Management is amember of the Chicago team of Business and Talent Managers, responsible for all aspects of Business Affairs function.

The person in this position

Maintains relationships with existing clients.

Has hands on day-to day-management for specific accountsand partners with Producers and Talent Managers for Broadcast, digital and social projects.

Opens joband prepared client estimates

Vets and negotiates vendor bids,

Works with cost consultants

Rreviews and processes production invoices and finalizes job closing

Translates prior Business Affairs experience and skills to our diverse network.

Qualifications

· Willingness to become proficient in Nexelus estimating system

· Familiarity working within provisions of SAG Contract pertaining to estimating session fees and usage

· Familiarity with Off Shore Production and talent buyouts

· 4+ years experience

· A self motivated , collaborative team member .
