Maintenance Technician

Work at an affordable housing community in Kauai

Qualified candidates must have maintenance experience

Knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance

Expected to be able to repair and maintain most items on property

Driver's license

RESPONSIBILITIES

All Facets of Lock and Key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning and locks

Performs all Interior Repairs related to Walls and Doors

Electrical Repairs including; Fixtures, Lights, Plugs and Switches

Change AC Filters, Check Coils, Clean and Repair when necessary

Perform Annual Unit Inspections
