We are opening a new oceanfront fine dining restaurant up on the north shore in Wainiha name “Gaia”

Cuisine will be locally sourced farm to table pacific fusion. Primarily tapas style dishes.

Currently interviewing for all kitchen positions.

Decisions will be made on new hires 1/12

Orientation the week of the 19th

Soft opening the 26th.

Looking for the best of the best to fill the remaining spots and will pay accordingly! $35-$60+ an hour based on experience.
