Our industry-leading client needs a Product Manager, versed in the eCommerce industry, to lead operational improvement initiatives from start to finish.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Responsibilities of the Product Manager:

Lead the product operational strategy and delivery of projects that drive customer and business value
Guide ongoing stakeholder research, analysis, and testing to identify pain points and opportunities
Translate user needs into product strategy
Consistently track and publish KPIs

Requirements of the Product Manager:

5+ years of eCommerce product management experience
Able to write and gather requirements
Experience performing root cause analysis on eCommerce apps
Experience working closely with app dev, QA, Call Center, and Supply Chain teams
Understanding of Order Management Systems
