Description

As a dispatch administrative for a growing construction company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dispatch department. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all dispatch activities, ensuring timely service to our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule all dispatch activities, ensuring timely services to customers

Monitor and track the progress of dispatch orders, resolving any issues or delays that may arise

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery confirmations and customer feedback

Communicate with technicians to provide instructions and ensure adherence to schedules and routes

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate dispatch activities and optimize efficiency

Revise invoicing to customers as needed

Assist in training and onboarding new dispatch personnel, ensuring they have a clear understanding of procedures and expectations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Proven experience in a similar administrative role

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
