Location: Ruskin - Sun City/Palmetto area.

Hospitality/Reservations - Customer Serice & Office Administration

Established RV/Mobile Home resort seeks team player to support the park manager and manage all office functions:

Assist front reception for reservations (when guest traffic is heavy),

Oversee daily workflow for arrivals and departures,

Daily register close-out and bank deposit,

Billing monthly long term guests (rent and electric),

Review customer accounts and assist manager with collections,

Payroll time reporting, new hire processing for HR package, other payroll (change notifications),

Maintain various logs for maintenance, safety meetings, service agreements, etc,

Assist manager with various projects/park operations: vendor quotes, insurance, market annual surveys, supply orders, etc.

Skills/requirements:

5+ years of customer transaction experience preferably in hospitality (hotel) or recreational park business.

Office management experience (based on job duties above).

High School diploma or GED.

Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word (not advanced but comfortable using pre-defined documents or spreadsheets).

Ability to learn new software coordinating with Controller's office.

Data entry and billing experience.

Proven people skills with a "hospitality" sense of mind.

Hourly rate range $15/hr.
