Apply a thorough understanding of business transformation to contribute to the deployment and ongoing operations of a Business Transformation capability within a large, global organization; execute base on strategy, focusing on vision value, speed, talent, and benefits realization; utilize leadership skills within a matrix organization to ensure consistent methodology, exceptional delivery, and benefits realization consistent with the organization's multi-year expense targets of $500MM+ Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients to keep alignment on strategies; promote and foster collaboration to achieve the required goals and objectives

Identify operating model improvement opportunities and contribute to innovation through implementation of enhancements that create client value, process efficiencies, and/or enhanced quality

Lead entire small to medium size projects, managing deadlines and expectations; collaborate with internal customers and teams; plan and facilitate project team meetings and oversee completion of action items

Arrange and complete information gathering activities, including activity surveys to obtain business input and conduct analysis on data to derive insights for decision-making; formulate and update transformation implementation roadmaps

Oversee work product(s), contribute to staffing decisions, and supervise the work performed by more junior staff; provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to such individuals; serve as a formal performance manager of a team of junior employees

Qualifications:

Minimum eight years of recent work experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, linguistics, cognitive science, or a related field

Experience in business transformation delivery with capability to create incremental value and strategy

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and apply expertise to make concrete decisions that impact the organization and the firm

Strong verbal/written communication skills, with the capacity to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork

Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
