Leasing Consultant (Apartment Communities)

Currently seeking experienced Leasing Consultants for work opportunities at apartment complexes in Bradenton and Sarasota. These are temporary positions being offered through our staffing agency that can start right away and could become permanent for the right individuals.

Must have strong customer service skills, bubbly personality, while being professional. Duties include answering phones, greeting current/future residents, taking maintenance requests, showing apartments, posting rent payments and other office duties. Seeking individuals with excellent phone etiquette and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Schedule is full-time with hours between 8am-6pm. Some weekend work may be required. Pay is $18-20 per hour depending on experience.

Must be reliable and ready to work, have reliable transportation and able to pass a local and national background check.
