  • Strong knowledge of working in Citrix/virtual desktop environment
  • addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, printing etc.
  • Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
  • Strong knowledge with AD. Adding/removing and modifying users to security groups
  • Strong knowledge with O365
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with Windows
  • Must accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system
  • Knowledge with ticketing system such as service now
  • resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software. May also include diagnoses and resolving software including operating systems (Windows 10) and across a range of software applications on the client machine (Office applications, Outlook, Team etc).
