Part Time Weekend Spa Desk Assistant (Fort Myers)

Gulf Harbour Yacht and Country Club, a premier private club in South Fort Myers, is hiring a

Part Time Spa Desk Assistant to work weekends - Friday mornings, Saturdays and Sundays.

20-25 hours per week.

Job responsibilities:

Greet each client in a warm, friendly manner upon their arrival and departure from the spa

Prepare each client for their respective spa service

Answer calls and schedule spa appointments through our online reservation system

Charge member and guest payments

Monitor spa service schedules to avoid double-booking

Keep reception area neat and tidy

Promote spa services and retail items

Monitor retail items sold

Other duties as needed

Potential applicants should have a friendly, outgoing personality. Strong customer service skills are a MUST! Should have well-developed organizational and computer skills. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a spa/salon setting and must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
