LEAD FINISHER NEEDED

RG WOOD FINISHING INC is seeking an experienced lead finisher who is detail-oriented to join our team. We are a high-end custom cabinetry shop in Riviera Beach that is focused on quality.

SKILLS

- Extensive experience in finishing, painting and staining (by hand and in spray booth)

- Extensive knowledge of all types of finishing materials from basic lacquer, varnishes, paint, stain and clear coats

- Strong color and tone matching ability

- Be capable of completing touch-ups

RESPONSIBILITY

- Supervising our finishing team (3 employees)

- Apply paint or other finishes using various techniques

- Ordering materials

- Inspecting finished products for quality

- Maintain and care of cleanliness of spray room, chemicals, and all finishing equipment

- Ability to effectively communicate with team - fluent in English and Spanish preferably

- Excellent attendance

- Willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
