Export Dispatch Assistant

Our company exports auto parts and this position is the first and the last step before our goods go out to clients.

Basic task include:

Payment collections that include calling past due customers

Client database management - Invoicing and Accounts Receivables

Catalog binding, filing cabinet and office material management

Assisting on inventory duties, parts inspections

Clerical assistance on import & export duties. Handling incoming phone calls, light filing

Requirements:

Legal U.S. Resident

Minimum 2 years of college education with AA degree or higher

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

If you cannot handle a payment collection call to Spanish speaking customers, please don't apply.

Knowledge of Office Platform (Word, Excel, Power Point). < Excel is a must!

Please do not apply if you don't have basic Excel experience to enter account receivables, make a price list or similar task. A test will be given during the interview process.

Basic book keeping experience required

Partial warehouse work needed to check on outgoing merchandise, visual pallet check and dispatch supervision.

Stair climbing and partial lifting involved.

Salary: $1,150 to $1,200 biweekly { Based on experience}

Goal: Small family auto part export business looking to expand sales and markets. Looking for motivated individual with initiative. Conscious of providing a good return on salary investment. Willing to grow with the group.
