Assistant manager Needed Caribbean Restaurant & Bar

We’re seeking a reliable, motivated Assistant Manager who understands the Caribbean vibe and knows how to keep a team running smooth and help us keep the energy flowing every night. no wild parties, just a chill nightly atmosphere with great food, drinks, and service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations (bar, kitchen, inventory, and customer service)

Supervise and support FOH and BOH staff

Assist in bartending and hookah service

Ensure food and beverage quality and presentation

Monitor inventory and handle ordering

Resolve customer issues professionally

Maintain cleanliness and compliance

Advertise and promote to bring in new guests

Use your social media, network, and creative ideas to help boost traffic

Create low-key events or themed nights to attract loyal customers

Lead with good vibes and professional energy

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or bar management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Familiarity with Caribbean food/culture preferred

Bartending or hookah experience is a bonus

Organized, reliable, good with people

Marketing or promotional experience is a strong plus

Bilingual (English/Creole/Spanish) is a bonus

Must be available nights and weekends

Compensation:

Pay based on experience

Performance-based bonuses available
