Competitive Hourly Rate of $18 per hour based on experience plus performance bonus for helping customers schedule a free, in home estimate.

Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries about our paver installation services.

· Set appointments for in home and or at showroom consultations with homeowners

· Document and update customer records based on interactions

· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of script and rebuttals

· Hold yourself accountable for your performance

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in an appointment setting call center

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Positive and professional demeanor

· High Energy Level

· Positive Attitude

· Excellent communication skills
