Staff Accountant 65K-80K/year

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small but established payroll company, in a wonderful work environment. My client is looking for a Staff Accountant with enthusiasm to join theirteam!

You will be working on-site at their office located in the Boca Raton area. You will be performing accounting duties for client companies, who are mainly in medical supplies and devices. This includes payroll, A/P, A/R, general ledger, and preparing financial reports.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have;

4+ years' professional experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables.

Experience managing monthly and quarterly legal reporting.

Solid understanding of accounting, including payable/receivable procedures, controls, accounting, cost/revenue projections.

Ability to prioritize and deliver tangible results within specific timelines.

Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work efficiently at all levels of the organization.

Passion for working in an exciting fast paced and changing environment.

Highly proficient with Quickbooks and Windows.

Compensation

Salary range of $65,000-$80,000/year, depending on experience
