DC Master HVAC (Low Commitment)

DC Metro Plumbing & Heating is seeking DC-licensed Master Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanics (Master HVAC) for retainer-based oversight roles supporting our residential service projects.

These positions are ideal for licensed masters who want:

Very flexible involvement

Minimal on-site work

Easy supplemental income

Permit authorization oversight only

A simple, long-term arrangement

Low time commitment

Responsibilities Include:

Authorizing mechanical permits in Washington, DC

Providing required code oversight

Occasional consultation (rare on-site visits, only if needed)

Compensation:

Weekly retainer or negotiable compensation

Straightforward, stable, long-term setup

Extremely low time commitment
